    Innovo Publishing is an excellent publishing company. I have experienced amazing service and hands-on help, as I have walked through the publishing process. The team at Innovo Publishing cares about the authors. They take time with you, explaining the process, and they are hands-on when you need help. I have experienced so much kindness, and wisdom from this amazing team. I have recently had two projects published by Innovo and getting ready to turn in even more. They are trustworthy, dependable, and honest individuals. The team gives of their time to help in any way possible. They have prayed with me and for me and have been amazing to work with. I would recommend this publishing company to everyone! I have had a wonderful experience!

    It has been such a blessing for me to work with the professionals at Innovo Publishing. While my first book was going through the publication process, the publisher invited me to write a second book to serve as a "companion" piece to my first book. That invitation provided an outstanding opportunity for me to learn even more than I already knew, and it has subsequently opened doors to speaking opportunities and other events where I've been able to talk with--and offer legitimate help to--people I wouldn't otherwise have connected with. A great team of professionals, I have recommended Innovo Publishing to other authors, and they, too, have had the opportunity to see their work come into print. So glad this publisher is in business; kudos to Innovo!

    INNOVO Christian ********************** is a small but mighty company that has been supportive and attentive to me through my journey from novice to published author. My editor was knowledgeable, skilled and made me feel comfortable with the process. Graphic design brought great ideas and an eye catching cover and the owner made himself available and provided needed insight. INNOVO uses sophisticated tools and easy to understand options while insuring friendly service. I am now a proud author able to sell my work everywhere.

    I just purchased a children's etiquette book "A Minute with *****" that states it has free downloadable ****** Guides, Completion Certificate and ******************** The website for these "free downloads" does not work. The ** code responds with "Insecure website that *** be tampered" and is blocked. For $26 I expected A LOT more than this rather lame book.

    I was alerted that you had some difficulty downloading the free teacher resources that are available with each purchase of A Minute with *****: Etiquette Essentials for Kids by ***********************. Im very sorry our process to access your FREE teacher resources did not go smoothly for you.

    In an effort to help, I forwarded to you an email (using the email address you used to register for the free resources) that includes the secure links to download the FREE resources offered in the book directly to your computer. Ive tried the links myself just to make sure they work okay. I hope you enjoy the FREE Graduation Certificates (you can print these for your students who complete the etiquette lessons), the ************************* and the Educator ****** Guides. 

    Again, Im very sorry for the difficulty and hope you and your class enjoy the free materials and our offer for a free book of your choice presented in my email to you.

    I'm a author. *************************, The Reliever from Pitcher to Preacher. I live out of the state on *********. I've attempted to reach ****, founder of Innovo for 3 years. I've sent countless emails, voicemal messages, ******** messengers with no professional response. Now, the link to my book on the Innovo website has been removed. That is so bad business since Innovo owes me royalties on book sells!
