      Terrible and very unprofessional. I cant believe this is still a business. Due to United Auto Recovery lack of urgency and incompetency, I lost my job because I was unable to retrieve my vehicle at the time they said I could. No call back no follow up and this was from a supervisor level. I will blast and share my experience with every social media platform that I have an anyone who will listen: horrible experience and this business should be closed.

      HORRIBLE BUSINESS.... FULL OF S***!!! Hope the entire business burn and go straight to h*** The reason they have been in business for 48 years is not because they do good business, they mess over people and its ran by a bunch of racist people who prey on people that may have fallen behind on payments or just exhibiting some form of financial hardship. Whatever the reason, there is no reason to hold a person's personal belongings and/or vehicle for an entire week after payment has been satisfied, preventing them from going to work, getting inside their homes, taking kids to school etc., costing the customers additional money to maintain during that wait period. This becomes another financial hardship which places burden on the customer and further lead to us becoming further behind on payments. This is a monopoly, racketeering business that "Lean Holders" uses to punish you regardless of your circumstances and/or situation. This company is trash, and I wish there was more I could say or do in hopes of this business suffering and going through what they take customers through. This includes ALL the workers there as well. All of them can go straight to h*** wearing gasoline underwear.

      I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!! The fact that you came and got my car quickly yesterday but after I pay over $2000 of money today that I do not have, you WANT TO KEEP MY car for a week is beyond stupid as h*** I NEED my vehicle back. It is our ONLY car and they want to tell me about a holiday coming up which makes the date get pushed back more....are you f****** kidding me???? They don't want to answer the phone and talk to you like you are stupid. GET RID OF THIS ?"COMPANY" NOW!!!!!!

      They seriously mess over people who know no better. They set appointments based upon their cut off time and this can be as early as 2 PM. Meaning that once you pay the bank and their storage fee in full if they don't schedule you the same day all of this is pay - it pushes you into the next day to pick up forcing you into another day of storage fee - highway robbery. They have your car so you have to arrange transportation to some far out the way location and this means you leave work early and so does who ever is taking you. The vehicle has been cleared by the bank August 27, 2024, 11 AM, their storage fee invoice paid in full and confirmed as well. Their local office can't find the invoice or it isn't to them yet so they tell you to call back in a hour but also say their cut off for appointments is 2 PM today meaning if you don't get your car today you pay them another storage fee. Calling one of their executives, ******* means leaving message. It is now 12:33 PM and I am holding and now hung up on. Forcing a call back at 12:35 PM. Speaking to them and asking for executives is a run around then they say well we don't control the lots but they partner with these lots to run a business. Not owning the lot and insuring due dilegence does not get them off the hook. ******** / MLScott Vin ****** *** 2020 Spotage.

      IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD YOU DONT DESERVE A STAR. This company Damage my car after getting it repossion not even 24 hours after they repo it. I for my car back pulled off United lot by the time i get on **** i hear something under my car making noise. I pulled over and my car bottom was broken. I called ******** who had it Towed, they direct me back to these sorry people when she took picture as well as I did. Once they got thru with less than 2 weeks investaging you tell me there was lack of evidence. I got my plenty of evidence. This company, please don't use them. I'm most definitely taking them to court.

      IM GIVING THIS COMPANY 1 STAR BEACAUSE THEY ARE RUNNING A **** OPERATION ****ING INDIVIDUAL FOR THEIR MONEY HAVING THEEM BE ON HOLD FOR HOURS MAKING THEM FRUSTRATED WICH WOULD MAKE THEM TRY AGAIN THE NEXT DAY EXTENDING THE **** THE *** IS IN THE *** FOR STORAGE FEES I HOPE THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS LOOK INTO THIS COMPANY AND THE **** THEY HAVE GOING ON I WILL FWD THIS TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS.       You already have to pay to get your car back and now this company wont even release your vehicle. You are being forced to pay for lot fees until they can accommodate the time for you to pick up your car. Im ready to pick up my car now and they are forcing me to schedule a time thats 4 days out and forced me to pay ahead. Why am I paying for you to hold my car when Im ready to get it now?????! Thats taking advantage of people. This company is getting money off of people by holding their vehicles and gaining money from the lot fees since they charge per day. My fee shouldve been $90 but its now $205 because they want to hold on to it. Getting one star for the rating is too much.

      i paid what was owed on 2/2/23 and I *** calling everyday NOBODY ANSWERS AND THEY LEAVE U ON HOLD for HOURS,CANT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE INFO IS NOT UPDATED IN THEIR SYSTEM!!!!!! IM LITERALY ON HOLD ON TWO PHONES AS I TYPE!!!! THIS COMPANY DEF IS B___S__T!!!! MY CAR WAS RETURNED TO THEIR LOT ON 2/13/23 no ONE CALLED TO EVEN TELL ME MY CAR BACK. ON 2/14/23 I WAS HOLDING ON FROM 9AM UNTIL NOW 3:04 PM. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

      This company is full of s*** First they were at my house at 4:20am on Saturday morning. no knock on the door and no contact at all. I walked out to see what is going on and the driver said that he has a repossession from the Bank. asked if he could show me and he said all he has is a work order. I then asked were is going and he said i can't tell you that. I know the bank didn't send a work order Saturday morning. This company waits until late night early morning in order for them to maximize their fees which i feel is a scam and a way to get more money. We have to set a appointment to get your car. Everything with the bank is now settled and guess what there are no appointments today(go figure) now we have to wait until tomorrow which will be another fee
