    I had a roof leak in the exact same place 3 years ago when I contacted my insurance company and they sent A Team roofing out to look at the job. I was told that I needed a new roof and in the area that I was having problems in that they would do something different in that area and it wouldn't leak again if ice or snow sat on the roof. That was a lie. We had snow and it leaked worst than before and I have water damage and ceiling fell in. I called the company and they told me someone would be out to look at it the 2 days later they sent me something about ice damming. ******* has a warranty and because of the bad install now again I have water,ceiling and wall damage.

    A-Team Roofing assisted ***************************** in getting a full roof replacement due to wind damage and leak from an ice dam.  The roof was replaced 6-10-2021.  

    It was explained to ****************** that ice dams are not completely preventable due to the nature of their formation and the structure of his house (see attachment).

    Regardless, we did fortify the area with ice/water shield barrier and a metal valley pan which neither the customer nor the insurance carrier paid for.

    In addition to paying for the roof, the carrier also paid for the interior to be redone.  Our records show that we tried to schedule the interior repairs with ****************** multiple times. He was always too busy due to his job and ultimately, he decided to keep the funds for the interior himself.  You can see the previous unrepaired portion of paint in the pictures he provided himself.

    In addition to keeping the money for the interior, he also kept insurance money owed to A-Team for the roofing portion as well before any of these issues were brought up.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have video of conversations with ******* on this matter when roof was installed and when he declined to come back out to do inside because he couldn't get it scheduled on his side. I also have video of entire job that they had guys doing the job that was putting shingles over rotten boards that I caught and then they had to replace  in multiple areas.

    ***, we actually do you have pictures of the entire build as well as electronic records showing you wouldnt schedule interior.  

    What youre saying is not true and defamation at this point.
