      I recently received an email from Optimum regarding disconnection of service. I called and virtual chat with them. They stated my bill has to be paid. I been trying to pay my bill. This morning I was so irritated after speaking with a *** that kept me ***eating myself over and over again bc she couldn't understand me. She even refused to transfer me after I asked her several times and I quote if I can help you they won't let me transfer you. I told her about me not being able to pay the bill for the current day. The calendar wouldn't let me use the current date because it was highlighted. How they saying I have to pay the bill but only give me future dates. Also the ***s needs to be trained to listen no one like to keep ***eating themselves over and over again bc they don't understand. I was even more angry after still not resolving my issues bc she kept asking me to ***eat myself. The night before I also tried to pay again only and only given future dates given. That phone call was too long to not to been resolved
