  July 11, 2024 the tree guys were out to cut our 3 trees and grind the stumps. They finished cutting the trees, ***** stopped by to pick up the check and promised the guy would be out within the next day or two to grind the stumps. Nobody showed and he did not let us know then he said his equipment broke down. After a while of us contacting him he said he would have to rent a grinder and then there was none available any in the area and we are still waiting to hear back from him.We want this done and if not our money back so we can find somebody else to do it.

  Our neighbor was having trees cleared on her properties in July 2021. We approached the tree service owner, ***** ***** according to his business card, to have him look at 2 trees on our property that needed to have work done. We were told after inspecting the larger of the trees that it had termite damage and needed to come down. We agreed to this work which included cutting up all the limbs, the trunk and moving them to the street for county pickup. The stump was to be cut off as close to ground level as possible. A second tree was discussed that we felt needed trimming but ultimately it was agreed that the tree would be cut at ground level and removed, debris taken to the street for removal.
  The trees were cut and dropped on the ground in July 2021, about the 10th or 11th. The debris could not be moved to the street due to the amount of debris already there. We agreed that they would return after the county had removed the existing debris and remove all the debris at that time. Since it was unknown when the county would remove it, we agreed to pay for the work in full at this time.
  I texted ***** on 3/27/2022 and advised that all debris was gone and he responded that he would be able to be on site the following week. Texts were sent to him and responses received with no actions taken to address the debris. Numerous dates were given for events to happen that were ignored for days. Equipment issues were given as reasons for the work not being done. This went on until 5/11/2022 when 2 men arrived, hauled 2 bins of debris to the street and left. ***** assured me that there would be more men arriving after lunch to go to work. No one showed up.
  5/19/2022 texted ***** and advised him I needed a commitment from him for a firm completion date. He responded saying he was really trying, hope to have a bobcat by Monday.
  On 6/1/2022 received a text reply that he was trying to line up a bobcat for Monday 6/6/2022.
  6/3/2022 advised ***** and his partner ****** **** that the city/ county had not picked up the logs dumped on the side of the road 5/11/2022. Asked for a price to clear all that remained on the property
  On 6/14/2022 was advised they would be on site 7-8am. He also quoted an additional $900 to remove all debris from the property and from the street and haul it away, to which I agreed. No one showed up to do the work.
  Further communication by text resulted in no resolution to the issues. An arbitrary date of July 20 was sent by ****** for a final completion date with comments that they were trying to get it done as soon as we can. Trying to do it within the next 7 days.
  On July 13, 2022 I texted both ***** and ****** stating I expected them to honor their July20, 2022 date.
  No communication has been received from either party, nor has any work been done. This is now more than a year since they were hired.
