      Let’s start by I brought my ******** **** here trusting they could actually fix the coolant issue (doesn’t hold coolant) oil leaks
      ( doesn’t hold oil ) and check engine light is on , I specifically asked the owners worker or wife not sure who she was , Too not drive the vehicle or work on it until they clear it with my warranty company and too let me know if they are going to do ANYTHING to my car to let me know before hand ! She claims they won’t touch it without letting me know first !! She said they won’t be able to get too my car until the 13th so I was not expecting my vehicle to be on the highway at 7pm going 83 miles per hour while there is a serious coolant leak and oil leak … but Come to my recollection I’m at work and BOOM! Get a notification from my low jack that my car is going 80,82,83 miles per hour on the highway going to Brentwood roller skating ring! They left at 7:51pm and got to the Roller Skating Rink at 8:40pm and sat there for over an hour I had to call the police and report my car stolen! Then the police located the own of the shop in the skating ring my car was off and no one was in it! … He drove my vehicle 48 mins away to a skating rink in the middle of the night ! Ran my miles up and left my car without ANY COOLANT NO OIL AND NO GAS ! He left his brush in my car ! Had my sunroof back and music on blast! And his phone connected to my Bluetooth but claims he was test driving my vehicle HE DIDNT EVEN WORK ON IT AND IT HAD ZERO COOLANT ! I filed a police report and will get an attorney he was joy riding in my car ! Once the owner knew I had low jack he tried driving back at a slower speed ! He though I only had a AirTag ! I repeat don’t take your car here ! He will use it for his own pleasure! And lie about it ! He also smelled like liquor! So yea if I was you I would stay away from this crook !

      We have received your complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau and take your concerns very seriously. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly.
      It is not our practice to use customer vehicles for personal enjoyment. It is our standard procedure to conduct a test drive to diagnose and confirm the issues reported by our customers. Randall explained to you and the officer that he conducted a test drive to verify your concerns and added coolant and oil to your vehicle before test-driving to perform this test safely. The vehicle did not run hot or show signs of losing coolant or oil while driving. You wanted your car back immediately so a full diagnosis could not be done.
      When you retrieved your vehicle, Randall and a police officer were present. The officer did not conduct a sobriety test, as there were no indications or reasons to do so. Additionally, there were no reports or observations of loud music or inappropriate behavior noted by the officer.
      Photos and videos were taken before you collected your vehicle to document its condition and ensure transparency.
      Regarding the defamatory statements about our business and Randall, we want to stress that we take such accusations very seriously. To address the situation constructively, we request the removal of the defamatory statements from the Better Business Bureau platform. If these statements are not retracted, we may have to consider further action to protect our business and employees from defamation and harm.
      We hope we can resolve this matter in a way that is satisfactory for both parties. Please let us know how we can assist you further in resolving your concerns.
