    To whom it may concern, On June 1st, 2022, we had a plumbing issue with you second floor bathroom which caused water damage on our first-floor ceiling and floor and require a new bathtub installation in our guest bathroom. We contacted the insurance company and then search for a reputable restoration company to repair the damage that the water had caused. I found Service Masters online. They appeared to be a respectable company with local affiliations, so I called. The representatives who came to my home appeared to be very professional and knowledgeable which now, September 27, 2022, really did not matter. I feel as though we have been scammed. It has taken over three months to get at maximum five days' worth of work completed and it is still not completed to our satisfaction. I understand the process can take a while with scheduling and the claims process, however the overall service, delays, and the quality of work we received is completely unacceptable. Service Masters seemed to struggle with not only scheduling the work but getting quality workers to get the job done. They have had lackadaisical attitude and a mountain of excuses.
