    On May 17, 2024, I had the most extreme interaction with a small business. She bakes bread and makes jam out of her home here locally in ********, **. I placed an order and promptly paid for my goods, which I have the receipt for. She emailed me asking if I wanted pick up or delivery and I said delivery, if she had availability. She sent me a separate invoice a few days later that I missed and charged me an additional late fee for non payment of the delivery invoice. The late fee was $30. She sent me the invoice at 9am and by 9:30pm, she sent me the updated invoice that was for $42 for THE DELIVERY. I asked if I could just come pick it up instead and she said no. She wrote me a scathing email about her ******** page lists her policys (her spelling, not mine) and while it did say invoices paid late are subject to a late fee, She did not, however, say it was going to be $35 a day, but her days are 12 hours. I asked again if I could just come pick up my order and she said no. So then I asked if I could just pay the delivery fee and be done and get my things. She said the delivery fee is now whatever the new amount of the invoice was because the invoice was late. She stated that it's not her fault I didn't check my email. I did check my email and I told her that I didn't agree to the late fee and asked if I could cancel the delivery and just pick it up. Again, she said no. She sent me an updated invoice during our conversation for $78 (from the $5 original invoice for an added delivery fee) and then said I was threatening her and CANCELLED my order completely without refund and stated that my invoice will continue to incur late fees by the day and threatened legal action against me if I dont pay. She said I was trying to get something for free but I PAID FOR THE ***** on May 11th in the amount of $34.60. So, I didnt get my order, I wasnt allowed to come pick it up and as of today, May 20th, the latest invoice that was sent at 20:27 and is now $143.75. T
