      My husband bought a machine through lumbermens that was advertised as " with new engine, working properly and in good condition". The machine was delivered with missing parts and didn't work properly like advertised. My husband got hold of the company's owner who apologised by phone to my husband and said would make things right ( we had some faith on him). He sent a mechanic to check the machine and the estimate to fix the machine is over $58,000. My husband contacted lumbermens company to give them the estimate and he's been trying to talk to the owner of the company for weeks without success. My husband paid over $38,000 for the machine. He would never buy the machine if he knew all the problems that were not disclosed to him. In addition, the machine was advertised " with new engine, working properly, in good condition" We're still waiting on the owner of the company to help us with that. Either take the machine back and give my husband the money paid for the machine or fix it like the owner of the company promised him to make things right. If we don't get a solution from lumbermens we will take further actions through our lawyer. But we still have hope that the company will make things right.
