      Made an appointment for 10am on September 7, 2023. The lady from a BugOut called at 939am on September 7, 2023 asking where I lived the driver was having difficulty finding my home. I told her we’re I lived and she said ohhh you live on 7th Avenue not 7th Street? I said correct. She stated the technician will be there shortly. So I waited, waited, waited, and waited it was 1030. I called the office left a message on the answering machine and waited more I called numerous times and left messages on the answering machine. Finally it was 3pm and I got a hold of someone and she said she would have to call me back as she just walked in to the office, I said fine. Well 5pm came and that’s their closing time! So I waited all day for no one to show up and not even a call saying we don’t want to have you as a customer, nothing. Will be filing complaints with all offices I can. My time is worth something as well.
