    ****** a brand new 18 round pool in October 2024. It was installed at the beginning of March 2025. The installer was someone they contracted. I had to pay for extra sand and crush and run. Around a week after being installed I noticed the water level was going down. I filled it up again so I could make sure it was leaking. I called the pool company and informed them I thought it had a leak in it. They gave me a name and of a pool leak company. They came out and there were 5 pin holes and one the size of a dime. That cost me $375 to get fixed. I went to the pool company and let them know about the holes and showed them a video. Mind you the pool hadnt been used. I ask them what they were gonna do about it. The answer from them was to call the installer. They contracted him. They are the ones that should have called him. I was also told that it could be caused from moles or grass. Seems to me it was a defective liner. They didnt want to take any responsibility whatsoever. Now I have a brand new pool with 6 patched holes in it. I am wanting them to put a new liner in or at very least pay for the repair.

    Someone from our company contacted the customer promptly after being notified of the complaint. After discussion, we agreed to pay her $450 for her issues.  She told us she would withdraw the complaint, so I did not respond because I thought everything was handled.  Sorry for the miscommunications.

    This matter has not been resolved. Atlantic Pool called Monday after the complaint was filed on the weekend. They offered me $450 to take the complaint down and sign a waiver. After checking with other pool places about getting a new liner and having it installed. Which is close to $1,800. I refused the offer. It felt like a bribe to me. Plus that amount is no where near what it take to repair there mess up.

    Signed contract for pool in October '21 with agreement to begin work in Nov/Dec '21. Started work in late Jan '22. Pool mostly finished by early May '22, with minimal items left to complete (get wrinkles out, repair cracked grout in stonework, connect ground wiring, pass inspection). Over a dozen calls in May, June, July, Aug to superintendent Jody, salesman Joe, with commitments to call back or come finish...then no one ever calls back or shows up. I've even stopped by the office only to get the run around. Terrible communication and service.

    We have been to Mr. ******** house and evaluated his concerns. I don't know why his call have gone unanswered, we are sorry for that. We will coordinate with him on the remaining issues (text message already sent) to complete them at his convenience. Ground wire is connected already, remaining items include additional mortar and the wrinkle in the liner. We will get all permits completed as soon as all work is complete.
