    I reached out to *** on the 15th of December, 2022. The the number I received was from *********** Furniture & *********** - ********* &********* **** Consignments in East Nashville. They supplied me with the wallpaper and they provided me with a short list of wallpaper installation referrals and ***'s number was on that list. He responded on the 19th of January and asked if I still needed the wallpaper installed. I had told him yes and he asked for the dimensions so I measured everything out except the ceiling near the staircase as it would take a very long ladder to get to. He then asked for my address and stopped by on the 20th of January to measure everything out and quote me a price. The staircase would be $1700 and the accent wall would be $360. I told him once the wallpaper came in I'd let him know. On February 9th I reached out to *** and told him I had the wallpaper and I asked when he was available to start the job. On February 16th he reached out and asked if I was available to start the very next morning, on the 17th, and I said yes. I reached out to him at 6:59am on the morning of the 17th as the weather was terrible and I asked if he would prefer to reschedule. I wasn't sure if he would need to prep outside and it was pouring rain. He said he would be able to make it work today so we moved forward. I asked how he would like to receive payment and he said cash or check. *** and his partner did a decent job but they managed to leave quite a bit of glue/adhesive on our wood floors but he was going to come back and finish one section that they didn't have enough wallpaper for. He said it wouldn't be a problem as he was always in and out of Franklin. He asked for payment and so I payed him $1700 for the staircase. Well, I got another roll of paper and reached back out 10 times via text and I left voicemails and he would never respond. He seemed like a really nice guy so I was shocked that he never returned my text or call.
