I gave them multiple bags of high end clothing. Probably about 100 pieces of torrid, matrices, Columbia, north face and more. Whenever I asked to get my money there was always some reason they couldnt pay me. Come back next week always what I got. Then they lost my $200 Columbia winter jacket they were supposed to sell. They said they dont know what happened to it. The business is poorly ran. The staff if rude. The entire point of the business is to sell your clothes and collect your money. Yet its pretty impossible to get your money. Would never in my life do business with them again. They lost many clothing items of mine that never even got listed and basically just gave them free things to make money on. She makes it impossible to get ahold of her because she knows lots of people are expecting money from her that she apparently cant pay. Yet she keeps collecting more clothing and cant even keep track of her inventory now. She owes a lot of people money and lost items.Initial Complaint

In May 0f 2023 I brought several items for resale, 37 I believe to the Blossom Plus Size Consignment Shop in ******************************************************************************** I asked at the time of my delivery for a receipt for my clothing and was told that they didn't give receipts, that I didn't need one. I can't reach the store by telephone, no answer after repeated phone calls to the number listed on their website. ************. I Have left several messages and never a return phone call. The one time that I did reach them was in October and I was told that my clothing had not been put out on the sales floor yet, but it would be put out 'soon'. In February of 2024 I asked a friend of mine who lives in ********** if she would stop in and inquire about my clothes. She was told that they were working on them but that they were way behind and there were only 3 of them working. I would like to know the status of my sale items or be paid for what I left. I do hope that someone will contact me with a truthful explanation.Initial Complaint

I have multiple drop offs of consigned clothing at this business over the past year. I have made multiple requests to receive the payment for the items that I've sold. I've never received ANY payment from the items I've sold.. that have been there, in their store, for well over a year.. my initial drop off was August of 2022. The employees always tell me "you'll be added to the list" when i request payment.. I've called, emailed & even visited the storefront to request my payment. I have an account online. I can see that my items have sold & I am due $174.25 & I have 14 more items in the store front. I'm not sure what else to do to receive my compensation. It was a year in August 2023 from my 1st drop off. I've never received a check. I was under the impression that I would receive at least monthly checks for what I had sold. Brought 50 pieces of clothing to consign with the business on December 21, 2023. The business took at least 40 of those pieces. I stopped by on January 27, ***************************************************************************************** all of the funds I was owed even after contacting the business earlier that day via FB messenger. I also called the store phone on this day. I messaged the business again on February 13, 15, and 16th about when the money would be ready for me to be picked up, and then the business stopped reading my messages. On March 14th, I messaged again asking about when the 120 days I had to come pick up my clothing before it was donated, and no response from the business. I sent a message on March 26th with some question marks, and no response. I have commented on posts on their FB page multiple times, and no response there either. The business is continuing to post on their social media pages, and not responding to calls or messages. I live in ************ (1.25 hours away) so it's extremely out of my way to drive to **********, and I have done so already once, to not receive my money. I am extremely tired of this childish behavior, and just want my money. Please help me resolve this issue.Initial Complaint

The business is a consignment shop. You bring in your old clothes. They price and sell. Its a 60/40 split. 60 to the consignor and 40 to the store. I have been trying to collect my 60% of sales as well as my clothing thats left for two months and the owner either keeps giving me the run around or not answering me at all.
