    I received a back brace from this company I was under the impression they were from my md’s office because I had talk to them above one this company sent me a big old lumbar brace and are going to bill Medicare I hav tried contacting them several times only to have the continually calling my number trying to sell me another brace

    We received an unsolicited call from the company wanting to provide a back brace at no charge. My wife, who has dementia, received the call and somehow a back brace was sent and supposedly billed to medicare, although my wife claims she didn't provide any credit card or medicare information. We received the back brace by ***** and I am still not sure how it is being paid for. I have contacted medicare and they will process the charge as a fraud if a claim is received. Meanwhile, I would like to return the back brace, but have left a message on the company's phone with no reply as to how to return the item. A call to my financial institution found that a charge was made to my wife's credit card, which has been reversed. I guess this scenario is the reason that we receive so many calls by people selling things, someone will make a purchase in error!
