    I received a bill from Larco for $500 for a knee brace that I returned the next day this occurred several years ago. The statement does not say whan it was ordered. I had assumed my insurance was paying for it but since I returned it did not expect this. When I called they said they had no record of it because Larco had been sold.
    I am retired and surely can not pay for something i didnt have. I would not have gotten it anyway if I knew my insurance was not paying for it.

    The customer mentions that the business was sold, but in fact, the same owner is still the current owner. She may have brought the item back, but the employee(s) she may have spoken to at that time are no longer employed with Larco Medical and didn't show the item as being returned. Since this matter is just now being brought to our attention, we are going to take her word that the item was returned. She will no longer receive any invoices associated with the item, and her balance will be erased. We want to maintain our good standing with the BBB. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
