    When we walked on the lot, we knew which vehicle we were looking to buy and Alex greeted us with a smile, offered to get the keys, took a little bit of information and let us head out on a test drive. When we returned from the test drive, we made an offer (below sticker) and Alex worked to make it happen with a minimum of fuss. As we were completing our purchase, he stepped us through the features of the vehicle, and setup the NissanConnect account with us, then had us on our way (through the bit, of course) but with very little delay. This is the second new vehicle we've purchased at the dealership and both experiences were very good. Highly recommend both Alex and the dealership!

    Mikey D*** was the best salesman I have ever had. He was super knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my million questions and was even there for help me questions after the sale was over! I will be buying all my vehicles from him!

    I was pre approved online with GLS, for a 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum. Printed off the online pre approval terms. Now, it's important didn't change vehicles at dealership, didn't change the trade offer! However from time printed approval, arrived at dealership like less than 4 hours later, terms went totally SOUTH. Added $3100 to required down payment, and reduced my trade by another $1200! Same 72 month terms, same trade in, and same vehicle to be purchased, and YES same lender. How on gods green earth did this deal go to **** in such a hurry. Regardless left dealership without buying. ******* *****, Lafayette TN

    Just bought my 3rd car from same sales person and I've lost count of how many cars I've purchased from this dealer over the years. I live less than an hour from several Nissan dealers and I choose to make the 95 minute drive to Nissan of Cookeville because they have always treated me fairly. I always get really close to what I want for a trade in and I'm not pressured to buy a lot of add-ons or markups. I've had several encounters with Service department, one of which required a lot of time with Nissan Engineers to figure out because it was such an odd issue with the GPS/Radio that they had never seen before. I had a radar sensor for the adaptive cruise control fail outside of warranty and, unlike the one star reviews who seem to expect car dealers to fix used cars for free years after purchase, I had Nissan of Cookeville order, install, and calibrate my part for what I feel was a very reasonable price for service at a dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and frequently do.
