    Great customer service! I am a regular customer and took my car in to Nissan of Cookeville for an oil change on 1/30/24. Things seemed to be fine, but when I arrived back home smoke was coming from under my hood. I immediately called and talked with Breeanna H****, the Owner Loyalty Manager, to explain the problem. She took prompt action and advised me that she was sending a Service Tech to my home to check this out.
    Within 15 minutes, not only a Service Tech, Trevor, arrived, but the Service Manager, Tito G*****, was with him. They informed me that oil had been accidently spilled during the service. They cleaned up the spilled oil and checked to make sure there were no leaks. Mr. G***** said he would be glad to steam clean the engine the next day.
    When I arrived the next day, my Service Advisor, Alex M********, got me right in for the steam clean and even a car wash.
    Kudos to these people at Nissan of Cookeville. I can’t thank you enough for your excellent customer service!!
