    First, we love our new car! Second, Michael C****** was such a pleasure to work with! He went out of his way to be sure we had all our questions answered (we had a lot). He also took as much time as necessary to show us how all the functions worked in the new car. Great personality, not a pushy car salesman at all! We actually enjoyed the process. Thirdly, we were/are impressed with Nissan’s Quality and Excellence policies—requirements for both for their personnel and the auto product. These high standards/expectations required from their employees and product made us feel at ease with the process and certain we had made a good choice. All in all, a wonderful experience! Never had that before at a car dealership. Great job, Michael C******, and Nissan of Cookeville!

    Love my new Nissan sentra That I got at the Cookeville Nissan. My sales person, Michael C****** was amazing along with Brian M******** In the finance department, both gentlemen.
    answered, all my questions. Took time with me to explain things and show me my options. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Best car buying experience ever., thank you again **** *******
