      I order 4xs in 2 transaction for Ryze Sterling Jewelry...It's fraud, it is not stamped. 925 anywhere and i took it to a jeweler to confirm. It is Rhodium plating and very thin n breaks on contact. You are committing Consumer Fraud by selling as " .925 SS" I am reporting to my bank and the state for review. If I do not get a refund I will join the class action that has been started.

      After reviewing your order history, we located four orders placed on October 8 and October 15, 2024, which included two rings and two necklaces. All of our rings and necklaces are made with genuine .925 sterling silver and are stamped accordingly with both .925 and Ryze as part of our Sterling Silver guarantee.
      We take product concerns seriously, and we always encourage customers to contact us directly at ************************************* so we can address any issues promptly. After a thorough search, we did not find any messages from you through our customer care channels regarding this matter. Were happy to help and would still welcome the opportunity to make things right if theres an issue that needs to be resolved.
      We also noticed that you have continued to place orders with us, most recently in May 2025. We sincerely appreciate your ongoing support and hope that means your concern may have been based on a misunderstanding or isolated issue. If so, we would be grateful if you would consider updating or removing the complaint. If you are still experiencing a problem, we would love the chance to assist you directly.
