    In July, the business took possession of my 2023 Dodge Challenger after it was involved in an armed robbery of an individual and sustained body damage. The estimated repair cost was $3,500, covering a rearview mirror replacement, side mirror replacement, and fixing dents on the door and front end. Six months later, the repairs remain incomplete. The car now has three different colors, a mismatched mirror that doesnt match the original, and molding that should have black trim but instead has a white crust around it. Additionally, they damaged the racing stripes on the vehicle, leaving them with some kind of white residue. I am also missing the neutral safety switch cover.Ive spoken to the owner on several occasions and have received nothing but lies about when the vehicle would be ready. It seems that, since he was paid upfront, he has put off completing my repairs, leaving me in a bind. To make matters worse, one of his employees was driving the vehicle and somehow let the battery run down, and they refuse to replace it. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a so-called body shop.

    We have reached out and offered to resolve the issue of the customer . While trying to fix the customer issues and complaints we have been threaten and disrespected . So while this has happened we have filed a report with the city of Memphis  other law enforcement agencies . So for our safety we have been asked to not communicate with the customer for future reference.
