    On August 15, 2024 I visited the take 5 oil change in ******* located on *************** for an oil change. The very next day I noticed a puddle of fluid on the garage. I returned to the store with the vehicle to inform them what the problem is.They informed me that the fluid was actually coolant and topped the vehicle off again. The next day I noticed another puddle of fluid on the garage floor. I returned to the store again to inform them that the problem was still happening. I was met with rudeness and the customer service was horrible. The manager told me that he watched the video footage of the work being performed so I asked if I can watch the footage and he refused. I asked him for the area managers contact information and he refused to give it to me. They admitted to topping the coolant off during the oil change so apparently they messed up something. I'm not speculating that they did something on purpose or if it was an accident. I just want them to make the situation right, and offer good customer service instead of being rude to a customer who encountered a problem with the company. Also I receive monthly maintenance reports from onstar and it will as not until I visited that location that I started getting alerts that my coolant was low.

    Hello I went to Take 5 on 5/16/24 to get an oil change on my Acrua ILX, after finishing the oil change the guy changing it said dont forget the skid plate. I didnt know what that was , I drove the car home. I saw the plate hanging, and it fell off in the street. I contact corporate on 6/3/24who did a complaint, took my car to see what this what and informed the store. The store refused to order from Acrua but Amazon and it came in. Around June 10,24, it was put on and no one talked to me and I park in garage. I wanted to drive my car out of town today and I see a puddle of oil, call the shop and they tell me they forgot to put the plug on it and came loose, and leaking around gasket.I said this unacceptable I have a 50k vehicle and I dont trust them, I want my car taking to Acrua and checked for leaks and damages, they tell me Houston out of town til next week, I call corporate who take a report. I am prepared to file lawsuit next week for negligent and damages after reading the reviews. Then have the nerves to offer me an oil change, not acceptable.

    Upon visiting Take 5 Oil Change location #****, I was mislead into thinking I needed an oil change every 3 months/3k miles when in actuality, Ive paid for 6 month/6k miles oil change. Im requesting a refund of an unnecessary oil change I received on 5/10/23 of $96.01.
