On 12-5-2024 I brought my car a *** 530i 2003 for a radiator leak and after being at their shop a week and then call me and say the car went up in flames. My insurance and theirs inspected the scene and couldn't find evidence of liability from the shop. They asked me to come pick up the car last week. I have pictures of everything.

The fire occurred after business hours from an unknown electronic source in your vehicle while being kept inside our building at your request to prevent water damage from a leaking

sunroof.  We have also suffered from loss of business income for over six weeks and costs of repairs to reopen our business not covered by insurance.

While we are sympathetic in the loss of your vehicle, the fire investigators from your insurance company and ours has ruled this as a no-fault accident on both sides and unfortunately, we

both must absorb the loss to our own items.

I am rejecting this response because: a car doesn't spontaneously combust without a cause. Your shop did work on it before this happened!! To say it's the cars fault is ludicrous and grossly lacks foundation.

    No car spontaneously combusts spontaneously!!

I am not an expert in spontaneous combustion of vehicles, so I can't speak on that, although I am aware it does happen. To that extent, I can speak to the findings of an official fire investigation conducted by fire investigators that do these investigations all the time. These were conducted and approved by your insurance company representative and other insurance company representatives involved to the end result of a no-fault accident determination/liability of ANY parties involved. Which means, the responsibility of damages incurred as a result of a no-fault accident determination lies within EACH party to bear their own burden of fixing and or absorbing the financial or other burden created.

I gave them my car with only a small radiator leak. No recalls on electric items or any work done by anyone at any time. They are responsible for at least giving me my car back in the condition they received it!!

On May 10, 2023 my Cadillac ATS 2013 was taken to Auto Pro for service. I pay nearly $4200 to have my vehicle repaired. They did not repair my vehicle. They held it for six months and now my motor is blown literally after five hours of it being released from their facility. After entering their facility, the technician said magically my compressor in my radiator was damaged but it was never damaged upon arrival. I received a $2000 refund not the *******

Customer signed a letter upon receiving the $2,000.00 refund that this would complete compensation.
