    Would not recommend this Company. We contracted Tri-State to remodel a bathroom. All was good except they used the wrong color grout for the tile. I contacted **** (the owner I think) tasking for compensation for the error. After a month of waiting for a response I had to call him to find out what was going on. **** refused to take responsibility for the error and made no effort to work with or press the tile company that he contracted with to correct the error to compensate for it. This was at $12,000 job that we are not very unhappy about.

    We are truly very pleased with our new kitchen counters and back splash! We would recommend this company for your home improvements! The owner would always answer in a tmely manner whenever we had questions and we would definitely use Tri State again!

    **** took his time walking me through picking out countertops and making helpful suggestions. Any issue was immediately addressed and corrected. Love my new countertops and fireplace surround!
