      I was approved for ** child care assistance that was retroactive back to January 24, 2022. After the provider was paid the retro payment from the state, my account still shows I have a credit of $448.50. Beginning Aug 1, the *********** is paying 100% on the certificate. The owner, **************************, has refused to reimburse me the money because of the policy, which he never provided, states all refunds would be issued as a credit. Now that the state is paying the child care at 100%, theres nothing for me to pay so he just has my money as a credit and still refuses to reimburse me. When I asked what happens to my credit if I leave, he said it would be waiting for me when I return or I could allow someone else to use it. Theres no one else to use it and Im leaving. Hes a scam artist, and I want my refund issued to me.
