    On the morning of July 20, 2023, I made an appointment with *************************** at the Brow Cafe LLC located at ***************************************************************************************** called microshading. ******* said that I needed to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit, but that it would go towards the complete service fee which was $385. ******* was operating with an expired business license since 2020, and her LLC was inactive since 2017. ******* did not follow standard procedure for this type of service. She did not ask for any waivers to be signed by me to perform this procedure. She assured me that the procedure was safe and that she was very experienced. This was just an attempt to secure the business. ******* DID NOT use proper measurement tools. She used only a piece of tape on my face to measure the brows. No precise measurements were made. She basically free-handed my brows. I explained the brows were too high! The brows were very unnatural and almost cartoonish. They were thick and uneven. The brows looked horrendous.The dramatic change was quickly pointed out by family. I then immediately contacted *******, and I sent her a photo. She noticed exactly what I was referring to, and asked me to come back at 3 o'clock that very evening. ******* said, "I see the unevenness." She then started tattooing without measuring, AGAIN! This time, creating a catastrophe that I must live with because it is permanent! *************************** owed me a duty of care and she breached that with her negligent conduct. I have suffered injuries. As a result of her breach, I have suffered scarring and damages such as pain and suffering. I feel that *************************** is not properly trained, licensed or qualified to perform this type of procedure. She is providing deceptive business practices and unlicensed activities. According to the ********** of ******** ********* business license expired December 21, 2017. LLC is INACTIVE and was administratively dissolved in 2020.
