      Dolphin Construction renovated my kitchen in 2021 and while the renovation looked nice they did an awful job with sealing off cracks and properly caulking the new countertops, sink and backsplash. This has since encourage an influx of roaches into my home burrowing by themselves into the crevices of this half finished project. I have attempted to contact the owner, left voicemails and received no response. Please be advised if working with this company. I was really excited about the renovation project but the results have been devastating.

      I signed a contract outlining work and cost, then was billed separately for the same things. Changes in materials and selections were made that changed the entire essence of the home I was expecting. I ended up paying out of pocket an extra $20 thousand dollars on top of the mortgage loan that I secured to build the home. I almost did not get to close, because the numbers did not reconcile and the closing cost kept changing. I was also harassed to pay for counter tops. Who would contract a house without countertops? I have had considerable problems with the electric. I paid out of pocket to have a door rehung, because it hit the toilet and you could not get into the bathroom. I would not recommend this company because of their lack of clarity and truthfulness. Their work did produce a somewhat good house, that is liveable, but not what I originally contracted. I had to make too many compromises and then was expected to pay out of pocket. Thumbs Down on this company.
