    On June 4th we checked into this hotel at 3:05 AM. Once we checked into the room the smell of the room was mildew. It was not just a little smell the room was overwhelming with the odor of mildew. We just drove in from ***** and were in the car since 8AM that day and we tried to go to the hotel next door and they were already closed at their front desk at 3AM so we were stuck here.The guy at the front desk told us he could not switch our room so we were stuck in this disgusting room. The smell made me want to vomit that is how bad it was. We slept for 4 hours in the room and I woke up sick in my stomach. I told the guy at the front desk again when we checked out and he did not care what so ever. He just gave me a blank stare. We went on their website and read the reviews and everyone is talking about how bad the hotel smelled like mold and mildew. It was simply disgusting and I could not get this smell out of my nose for hours. I travel around the country all the time and this was the far worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I think there should be something done because anyone staying here is at risk for mold exposure. There was something wrong with this place. The city and state needs to step in and look into this matter for health reasons. I want my full money back as I asked them that day and again the guy looked at me like I was not speaking English. He just had a blank stare on his face so we left.

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    This is in response to the fradulant complaint made against the Hotel/staff and business, their was no mildew smell found by the manager of the hotel in the room,also we have been renting the same room and not a single customer has complained, this customer has been calling us all different time of the day, and asking for money ,so that any one of the employee would come under pressure and return the said money, upon not receiving the money he threatened us with health department coming, any moment, we agreed and welcomed that, upon realising that will also not work he used any and every tactict to give mental harassement, he called Wyndham franchise, they checked with us and upon not finding any of our fault, they gave him 3000 points, to him so he would stop harassement, he even went to the extent of putting online that we were doing drug bussines, upon this we filed a compaint with local police department and have opened a case against him, if this countinues we are weighing our options and may look into getting legal help against this Individual.
