    The customer service is terrible. No response from owner concerning a theft by the cleaning crew from my property. I would not recommend this company.

    The person (*******) who came out to give the estimate had all the right answers and promises. Unfortunately the two ladies who came to do the cleaning did not fulfill her promises of a great job. The quality was totally subpar. When I emailed ***** the so called quality control person all I got was a "sorry you are unhappy" followed by a series of excuses.Even when I called to say we would not be having them back ******* did not seem to care and just said she would make a note of it.

    Neither ******* the manager, or **** the owner, will return messages or emails. I am disappointed that there was no follow up. I feel the owner should recognize and validate my concerns. Even after explaining my main priority, clearly asking for things to be complete and showing examples; they were not done. I really wanted to have a walk through with the owner to show how furniture was situated and what was missed for a second time when a detail clean was requested. I mentioned baseboards and saw dust several times, outlet and switch covers, and spot cleaning doors. None of the baseboards upstairs were done, none of the doors were wiped, large surfaces were left with saw dust. The lack of response and accountability gives the impression that they do not care about their customers, do not care about retaining customers, or care about word of mouth.
