      I called lockman to come out and remove my lock on my front door When ***** got he put WD FORTY on the lock and said it worked fine he never shut the front door to see if you could unlock it from the out side I paid them ***** dollars to spray wd forty on it when I told the lock need a new one ***** keep saying he never seen lock like this I tired calling lockman back and the want answer my calls because I told the lady they need to come back and fix the problem and she set up a time for them to come back but they never showed because I told the I was not paying another service when the work was not done correctly on the front in they were here no more than 10 minutes Please help me get my lock out and a new one in so it can be used Thank you

      Hello *********,

      I was emailing in response to the notice sent regarding ***************************. We went out on November 27, 2020 to rekey her locks.  At this time she was satisfied with the service.  She called us back under a gentleman's name ************************* and said one of her locks was giving her issues.  When ***** arrived he took the lock apart and rekeyed it and sprayed WD40 in the lock to keep it working smoothly.  He made her aware that her lock was very old and that we could not replace that lock due to the age of it and they did not make those types of locks any more.  He showed her how to just use the deadbolt above the lock to secure the door.  The only way to install a new lock in place of the lock that is on there now is to totally redo the entire door.  She was made aware of this.  We did charge her $90 for the service call and the rekey to allow the lock to work a bit more smoother than what it was doing before we arrived.  ***** also made me aware of the situation while he was there.
