      This complaint is about the unwillingness to correct an issue that the property that this business owns. For the past year, I have been living next to people that are noisy, violent, disrespectful, and a danger to people living near there. After some search, I was able to find who owned the property and a phone number (BCH Investment LLC). I called the number that was attached to the address and spoke with an associate of the owner. I explain to him what was going on and he advised that he'd relay the information to the owner. He also told me that several neighbors in the area have called and complained about the people living there a well. I assume a phone call was made because the noise had stopped, but only for a little while. The houses are duplex style single family homes. The people there play their music, LOUD, all throughout the day and night. I have knocked on the door and spoken with them. They acted as if they would be mindful of the volume but didn't. The noise level had gotten so bad I had to call the police. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived, the music was off. I was able to find another number on BCH Investment and called. I was unable to get an answer. A few minutes later I received and text from the number stating that they were unable to talk at this time. I replied to the text asking if this was the owner of the **** *************** address and whoever the person was began asking what was going on now. I explained via text that the tenants at this location have started making more noise. I told him about the marijuana smell coming from their location, into mine, and the gunshots coming from the back of their home. He advised me that I had the wrong location because there were no police reports on file of these activities. I told him that my home was attached to theirs, so I know exactly where these problems are coming from. The person texted advising me to call the police because they deal with that type of stuff. Very unwilling to help me.
