    The owner ***************************** took our money and our insurance companies money in lieu of installing a new roof. Come to find out this man never had any intentions of doing anything but stealing our money. Then after posting this information to certain media platforms we find out that he has done this to lots of people and been doing it for years.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ***************************** is not a licensed contractor in the ****************** and will tell you he is. He performed a full home rebuild after damages due to flooding which goes way over his legal limit of construction cost. Throughout the whole process, ****** consistently let me know that he would give me his proper documentation, and every time I would call, he would never answer. Currently, we are still legally under a binding contract; however, It has been 3 months since he has answered a phone call or sent a text message explaining what is happening. Several times, ****** had "Personal Issues" arise where neither him or his workers would communicate or perform work for up to 2 months at a time and then finally show up again randomly. All the work that him and his team performed was subpar and has to be completely redone / touched up due to the lack of focus and consistency.

    On August 2nd, 2023, I hired ***************************** and his company to repair / replace my fence surrounding my home (approx 200 linear feet). He informed me that for the $1000 deductible, he would contact my insurance company and retrieve the remaining money to pay for the fence. That didn't work out and he requested the $3685.37 that the insurance company had sent and guaranteed me a full fence: Any additional money needed would come from the insurance company and he would hire a PA (his own) to go against State Farm for that money. I paid him the $3685.37 with a cashier's check on August 11th, 2023 for a total of $4685.37. ****** arrived and replaced the back line of the fence and some of the front line. He then vanished for several weeks and two people I didn't know worked on part of the front, and did a terrible job on it. He made several promises (in writing) to rebuild the gate properly and apologized. He made several promises on when he'd be out to repair it and broke 6 out of the 7 of those promises on a time to show up. When he did show up, he cemented in a new post (hasn't removed the existing gate or old post!). So now I have a janky gate, half of a fence, and a concreted post and he's continuing to break promises and dodging communication. He's answered 0 of my phone calls placed to the number on his website, and continues to provide excuses in writing on ******** about him not being out here to complete the work. This is normally a 2 - 4 day long job, and we're approaching 60 days. I have demanded half the funds back since I have half of a fence, but now I've also got a concreted post in front of a gate that's going to cost me extra to remove. At this point, I need him to complete the job he began. ***************************** has taken my money and decided that he's not going to perform the work, or perhaps was never qualified to do so. Please investigate him and his company for fraud, services not rendered.

    ****** showed up on the last date I submitted a response and installed a gate that doesn't meet any standards. The concrete setting for the post is cracked, the post is not a 6x6 and instead is a 4x6 that was cut in half. The lag bolt that should go through the gate and into the post is not a lag bolt, it's a short screw, so instead of doing this properly, he diagonally set another s**** in from the post to a connecting ********. I have contacted ****** for a refund at this point and he has completely vanished on me.

    I met with the owner of Revolution Restoration on August 26 of 2022. At that time I was given an estimate for my fencing installation and demolishing of existing fence. The estimate was $7500 with an adjustment of $2000 for the exchange of my suburban. On August 26 of 2022 I post I gave a post dated check and the keys along with my Suburban to ***************************** the owner of Revolution Restoration . At the time of this estimate I was told that the fence install would take four days(once work began) being that it was approximately 229 feet in total with a 12 foot gate. The wood for my project was finally delivered September 3, 2022 at 3 PM. I reached out to **************** and inquired about the start date for my project, so I could inform my neighbor whom I share a portion of this fence with. **************** was uncertain but he did ensure mean that they would be getting started in a couple of days. Once the project began, there was only one man working to complete it. He began demolition on my existing fence at 11:37am on Sept. r, 2022 and had it all knocked down by 1:00pm. He left for the day at app. 1:30pm, leaving my yard completely open with piles of wood remaining on my grass throughout my yard. Work resumed on September 6, 2022 at approximately 11:30am. Once the laborer resumed work on my project, I noticed he was using dry concrete to set my posts and the young man was not mixing the concrete. Upon inquiring about it, he stated that they dont use water and that they let the ground cure the mix, not adding any water themselves. I texted **************** and he agreed to dry packing. I reached out to the manufacturer of the concrete and asked if this method was correct. They ensured me that it was NOT the correct way to set posts. I reached out to **************** and told him my concerns and he was very defensive about his methods. I asked for an adjusted refund and told him Id be seeking legal help. He is response was that hes taking my uncle to court.
