    Hi, I have booked through sugaringNYC several times before and after the incident. The incident occurred on December 7th,2024. I had expected to get a full bikini wax so I should have left the appointment hairless. The appointment was terrible, it took roughly 50 minutes where as it usually takes *****. I expressed my concerns several times and the waxer kept asking if I wanted to take a break and I explained I was in pain and just wanted the procedure to be done. As soon as I got up from the table, I had sugaring stuck to me, hair all over me and sugar wax stuck to both of my vaginal lips. I explained my concerns at the desk. When I arrived home approximately 2 hours later I explained that she left about 1/3rd of my coochie hair still attached. I explained I did not want to return to the same waxer due to this horrible experience. The front desk lady was very understanding and told me to come back the next day. I came back the next day and the girl at the front desk stated that she had not been informed of this and she had clients. I waited for her to finish with her current client but I had to go to work and I told her I would be available tomorrow and she stated that was okay. I made an appointment to ensure that there would be no confusion. I got to the establishment the next day and they canceled my appointment as I was sitting outside. I called twice but no one answered. I continued to try to contact them to resolve this issue but they never responded. I then went on vacation for 2 weeks and still received no help from the business. It is too late to be re-waxed, however it is not fair I paid full price for something that was not fully completed. I would like my money back, a discount on my next wax or some type of compensation as I wasted 3 days trying to resolve the situation. I attempted to dispute the charge to end this situation but my bank stated I need to get in contact with BBB.
