    D&D HVAC performed a small repair for us in June. 2022. We were charged $220, which we promptly paid. Check number 3409 sent June 27, 2022. Well D&D told us in early August that they never received the check and after being sure they had looked carefully to be sure they hadn't misplaced it, we sent another check August 2, 2022. Well within a couple of days D&D cashed BOTH of the checks. I cannot get them to return the double payment. They say "the check's in the mail". I am not sure what going on, but they owe us $220.

    I received a call from Mr. ****** saying that they did not receive their refund. I informed them that I had sent it to their home address where we performed the service on Poke Patch Road. He told me that he did not receive mail at that address and that their was not even a mailbox at the residence. He gave me the address for their P.O. Box and I mailed another check to that address because I had yet to receive the check I had mailed to their home address. On 8/26/22 I checked to see if the check had cleared the bank and it had not. I called the Raffels the same day and left a message asking them to contact me so that I could make sure they had received it. I have not had a call back and the check has not been cashed. I am willing to hand deliver the check to them so I know it makes it into their hands or make other arrangements for them to receive their check. We have been doing business with the ******'s for many years and am sorry that this is how our business relationship will end. As I stated previously I have tried to contact them and left them a message to call me so that if they had not received it we could make other arrangements for drop off.

    There has been NO check received. They owe us 220 dollars for double payment. MAIL THE CHECK to P O Box *** ******** ***** Tn XXXXX and please stop lying about mailing our refund. This business has not been forthcoming about this matter, and I hope other clients will take note. This business will take your money.
