    I have been a Club Wyndham partner for over 20 years and have been to their Fairfield Glade resort many times. This particular time, I went to my room and was in complete shock at the room I was given as it was in no way comparable to the pictures that the Club Wyndham website had displayed. I assumed I must be in the wrong room but whenever I brought my concerns up to the front desk, they assured me that I had the right room and that the pictures on the website "where just generic pictures that were just thrown up there". I find this to be a case of false advertisement because I booked my room expecting to get the room that was in the picture. As I already stated, I have been a Club Wyndham member for over 20 years and have been to at least one resort every year (including the one in which this complaint is targeting). This has never been an issue before. Wyndham has always displayed accurate pictures of their resorts until this one. I have just left another of the Wyndham resorts just to come to this one and upon getting back onto the website and looking at that resort's photos, they are also true to the room I had just left.
