We had them out to spray two rooms in out house a little over a month ago. They showed up promptly but the guy obviously had no clue what he was doing. He had to call back to the office to ask them where he should spray and how to do it. He was then in the rooms less than ten minutes a piece. No chemical smell no signs he had even done anything at all for over $500 for about 10 minutes of work. A few days later the problem is still there as strong as it ever was so we called them back and they said they will send out their "senior tech" to make sure it was done correctly. He was in the rooms about the same amount of time as the other guy and informed us that he found where the problem was coming from, the closet. He showed us the evidence he found of the problem and it turned out it was only sand my son had spilled in the closet..... But he thought it was evidence of the source, he couldn't tell the difference between black sand and bed bug droppings and he was supposed to be their bed bug expert........ He leaves and a few weeks later the problem is still as bad as ever. Ended up having another company come out and it was fixed that day. I let one of the people know I had to use another company to actually take care of the problem and he didn't seem to care in the slightest. Beware of using them......

    Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/10/31) */
I personally spoke with via email since we tried to collect the payment and he did not tell us of any unhappiness of service. We told him that if he provided a receipt from the other company he called we would gladly give him 1/2 his money back. We have called him several times, he stated he was going out of town and would get back to us. We again called him today, as of today he will not provide a copy of another companies treatment. I originally emailed him on Oct 6 after seeing a complaint, my office said he did not mention anything to our office and we went out 2x to his home.

    Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/11/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First off, as I explained to her, I did not express any unhappiness because the guy did not seem to give a crap, which he and her both admitted.
I have no desire to provide a receipt because I shouldn't have to prove that another company had to clean up their mess. What if I just did it myself? What if I went and bought the chemicals and foggers and did it all myself because they did an awful job? That does not affect that they did a poor job and poor customer service, which she admitted to me over the phone. Another company's good work should not dictate how they correct their own mistakes.

If they do not want to give any money back that is fine and not a big deal. I just want others to know to not use them for bed bugs. I do not feel like the staff had a clue what they were doing. I mean their senior tech thought sand was bed bug eggs..... Not to mention both techs literally overlooked where the actual infestation was, which I myself with zero training found very easily.
