    hired to install 90 feet of fence all material supplied.only paid for labor. 2 people did the job it took 4 hours. they put the gate on wrong they only put Minium of 1 or 2 nails and in some cases they used a few screws They used a chain saw to cut the wood because there equipment wasn't working right. i had to let them use my tools. they finished up and they said not to cut gate for a few days to let the cement in poles dry. i waited 3 weeks after i cut the gate. after a few days the fence started to fall apart and i also couldn't open up the gate all the way because they put the hinges on wrong. i i sent him photoes of fence falling apart feb 24 of 2025.he replied back a few times saying he would be out he to fix the gate and fence. every time he has made excuss why he couldnt make it back sick family member out of town for a month and now no reply. his name

    I used ar fence ** to install a privacy fence and chain link. The chain link did not have post caps, was not secured along the bottom, wasn't stretched properly and wasn't secured to the privacy fence. The privacy fence has 2 2x4's placed vertically nailed to 2 differnt post that were put in the wrong place so they could secure the horizontal 2x4's to it. The nails from the fence boards all come through the back of the horizontal 2x4's. The gate post were not set properly so the gate had to be adjusted which left a gate between the 2 sides and they placed a fence board on top of two others to fill in gaps between them instead of ripping down a board. The hinges were beat around the post which has caused them to rust. The gate on one side is dragging the ground and the fence boards are not level. I have been messaging ****** since November to get this fixed and I keep getting excuses. He wrote up a contract with a 5 year warranty but won't come back out to fix the gate. I had let the rest of the issues go and just wanted the gate fixed but I can't even get him out to do that.
