    We booked this room we got there at 11:15 at night checked in. The smell in the lobby hall and surrounding area was overpowering smell of ********* *nd cigarettes, but we thought the room would be ok as we asked for non smoking. We got the the room and it was horrendous. We where so tired after a 16 hour drive that we where going to suck it up. at about 3 am. I got up to go to the bathroom and found a cockroach on the wall. that was it. despite the smell which caused all of our close to smell the sheets smelled and the towels. The towels where stained the smell was overbearing and the cockroach was the last bit...We packed up when to the desk asked for the manager this was 3am...no manager. and we where told he could not be contacted. we asked them to have him contact us. the staff was ridiculously indifferent to the situation. The manager finally contacted us after 4 days to say we should have switched rooms no thank you the cockroach sealed the deal no new room would make a difference. He was rude and said there was nothing he would do. I wanted a partial refund he refused. just appalling.

    Dear, we talked with customer and apologized. If customer leaves in 15-20 mins( as that many issues) we refund full amount. But customer stayed few hrs we offered ********* and, she had options for change to another room or so. Customer booked through middleman/third party/Expedia and we did not charge anything to customer as we don't have customer payment/credit card on file And customer needs to go through Expedia as we already explained to her. Also, our property is public place and we did not deny about roach (maybe one ) but definitely guaranteed not infested. Customer blackmailed/warned us about bad review and she is doing/did in multiple websites.

    Anyway we are sorry for it and we apologized for it. Customer still get ***** from Expedia or if she decided to stay in future we offered 25% off from rack rate with advance booking with us.
