    On November 28th, during a Thanksgiving sale (100% off), I purchased some knives and a sword from this company. I have bought from them before, multiple times, and wanted to enjoy the sale. I paid shipping and received the products. All was fine.However, the subscriptions renewed after only twelve days (on December 10th), instead of a month as advertised, so I was charged $131.44, money I cannot spend. I emailed directly after I got the renewal email requesting a refund, thinking it was reasonable as the order hadnt even processed yet and I am a returning customer.However, they did not respond until I sent a follow up email a couple days later (December 12th), at which point the orders had shipped. They said it cannot be canceled. I made it clear that them not seeing/replying to my first email was not my fault, and I needed that money back so I would appreciate it.They eventually said that it literally cannot be canceled once it is shipped, so I made the proposition for me to ship the products back once I received them and then get the refund. However, they still refused, even when they would lose *********** they have stopped responding to my emails.I believe they are being unreasonable for not giving me a refund as I am a returning customer, that was money I could not spend, and it renewed much earlier than advertised. I even gave a solution where they lose nothing and they still denied.Attached are screenshots of the initial refund request and the follow up email conversation.Thank you.

    Customer ordered from our website with a free promotion, somehow managed to do this with two boxes getting both for free (not the intention of the code) the following month this customer was charged the normal rate. Then emailed into our customer support team claiming they could not afford the box, at normal cost (i.e more than free). We do not accept returns for simply forgetting to cancel prior to a renewal. We made an exception for ***** He sent the merchandise back, before we had the chance to get the second box he posted on BBB complaining he did not get his refund yet. We explained once this review was removed he would get the refund despite the exception made to take back the merchandise. We have no heard back from **** via email yet on this matter.

    Just adding that they have been pretty unprofessional, making snarky comments and playing the victim while I have been just trying to find a reasonable solution. They are now refusing to refund (they already have the product back) unless I take down this BBB complaint, which to do so I have to state I am satisfied with their efforts, which, so far I am not.
