    DO NOT USE CURTIS D***** WITH CARPET GALLERY. He did the floors in our house 2 years ago and now I have to pay someone else to fix his mistakes. We contacted Curtis multiple times about our floors and it was pure **** to get a response. When he did respond he was always out of town at some family members funeral. Finally got fed up and contacted the BBB and the State of TN. When he responded to my claim 1st he said that he only sold the flooring and didn't do the install which was a bold face lie and then he said he we filed suit against him.he would just file bankruptcy. He is a scam. He installed LVP in our house and nailed it down. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone and would give him 0 stars if I could. If I could add pictures I would. I have a ton of them.
