      I'm going to **********. Tired of the incompetence at DMA

      I had an appointment with Dr. M***** on 7/11 and after about 2-3 minutes with him he said he would have to obtain the ultrasound from my Dr. then call me back for another appointment. After a week of no contact I reached out to my Dr. and was told the ultrasound was faxed to M*****'s office the day they made my appointment and they would call them to see what happened. I was told they faxed everything again. I've attempted to contact M*****'s office 3 times and no live contact, only able to leave voicemails. It is now 8/2 and I haven't heard a word. With that said, they wasted no time sending a bill for over $400 to my insurance company for a visit that accomplished absolutely nothing and only 2-3 minutes of Dr. M*****'s time.
