    October of 2023 to January of 2024. We paid the contractor in question to provide repairs on our home due to weather damage which includes: replacing floors, quarter round, moulding, drywall new covered add on to porch etc. we had paid the contractor about $40,000. The contractor did not install flooring or secure the new porch add on properly as a result floor is coming up in multiple places throughout the home aswell as caving in others.The addition to the porch was not secured properly with bolts it is just resting on the pillars. The quarter round was not replaced completely. Old quarter round was used that was chipped, cracked and broken. We reached out to him multiple times about the floors to which he responded with the floor just needs to settle or we can come back to hammer it down. We reached out to 2 other contractors that came to our home explaining the floors were infact installed wrong and the issue with the floor would continue until it was redone. They also informed us that the new addition was not secured and needed to be ****** aswell. We told Elite services about these issues and we were brushed off. Eventually the contractor stopped taking our calls completely. We withheld final payment until he resolved the issue to which he never did. Elite services without our knowledge took a mechanics lien out on our home in March of 2024 without notification. Only finding out about it now in March of ***************************************************************************************** our repairs. The dispute has not been resolved. We were not notified of the lien. The business has not tried to make this right by fixing their mistakes. This business participated in very shady practices and I would like this issue resolved.
