    I would not recommend this business to ANYONE!! We purchased our home end of February. We purchased an American Home Shield warranty. When it warmed up our unit was not cooling properly. We called the warranty company and service was sent out. The first servicer came out 3 times. Tried replacing parts and the end result was that our units are mismatched and it will never work properly. AHS wanted a second opinion. We waited over a week for the servicer to show up. He showed up on Sunday morning in his personal vehicle. Spoke with my husband. Never touched our unit. Just looked at it and then looked at the one under the house. Said the unit was too small. He then reported to AHS that there was nothing wrong with our unit and it was just too small for our home and recommended that we pay for half of the repair. When we found out it was only a partial approval my husband called the servicer. He called my husband a liar and was very mean and nasty to him. We now have to have a 3rd servicer come to our home because this man didn't do his job and tried to screw us over in the process.
