    First time I have been so impressed with a company that has old fashion values and new fashion design that I had to write a short for others. As a custom home builder they have met and way surpassed all my expectations. The transparency between sub contractors and owner is as good as it gets. Quality of build is excellent maybe given the Amish tradition of hard working and talented craftsman. Management cares about every thought we have had. If there was a issue they met head on to solve it. Price is on par and never inflated as you see the suppliers invoices. Time to deliver is subject to the custom design as often agencies or suppliers are long lead time and to be expected. As a professional project mgr. I always see where improvements could be made and fired 2 other builders before they put a shovel in the ground. Fredonia staff are very open and great listeners but also stern about preventing me from making a poor choice. Future growth may cause a challenge for speed of returned calls. I highly recommend them for SE TN custom project and complete home build like mine is.
