    There are several repairs needed at this home located at ** **** ***** ******* **** *****. Mr. ******/Landlord has promised to fix since the contract was signed that are not completed. The home has plumbing, sewage, electrical, heating issues that are the responsibility of the Landlord by Tennessee law concerning the safety of the tenant. Windows are cracked and fallen out allowing weather events inside the home, there are baseboards missing where I can see the outside from inside the trailer. These allow rodents and other small animals access inside the home.
    The water was turned off to the trailer without prior notice the day before. The tenants have gone without water now for a couple of days. The sewage was seeping out from under the trailer and onto the surrounding ground which is a hazardous waste issue. The smell permeated inside the home and made it hard to breathe.
    Tenants were promised heating and air units would be replaced when the lease was signed (October 4,2022) as the ones in the trailer were broken. This has not been done to this date.
    The Landlord is using retaliating responses to the letter sent to them for repairs they were requested to fix. Most of the repairs concerning electrical, sewage, heating are jeopardizing the health and safety of the tenants.
    The tenants had to put up $500.00 non-refundable deposit, first and last month's rent of $1400.00. The lease is a one year term and they are up to date on the monthly rent of $700.00.
    This trailer park has low income families living there and all of the homes are in disrepair. They are bullied by the acting Landlord, ****** ****** with his non documented demands and fear of him kicking them out of their homes.
