    I bought a car for 5k from the business jones auto world. Agreement was to pay 200 every month on the 20th. It got repo one time, I had to pay the repo fee of 500$ plus 400$ for two months of behind. Wasnt due again til September 20th I called them Friday October the 7th and ask them if I could come up there and pay my September payment and they said that was fine. Then Tuesday the 9th they came and repo my car saying Im two months behind and Im not I have all my paper work

    I am rejecting this response because: I still had to come up with the tow fee when it wasnt suppose to be towed. And the paper work is still not correct

    We worked with ***************** and even took $100 off of towing fee.  She only paid $800 to get her vehicle back when it was very clearly told to her the last time she was repo'd that the only way she can get her vehicle back was to pay the vehicle off in its entirety.  But instead we worked with her and gave her yet another chance.  

    The only reason she says her paperwork is messed up is because she doesn't pay on time and her payments are supposed to be $250 a month, but all she can afford is $200, which is not the original agreement but again, we've tried to accommodate ******************  Her being late PLUS not having the entire payment will mess up the paperwork because she's not paying on time AND doesn't have the full amount.

    I would like to talk to someone directly about the situation! Im not getting anywhere with conversations going back and forth with the car place.
