    I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident that occurred at your store on 3/11/25 at approximately 1:15pm. I visited the store intending to make a purchase, but before entering, I remained outside to finish an important work-related call. As an employee of a nearby mental health clinic, I needed to ensure privacy before stepping inside.While I was on my call, a male cashier came outside, yelling and making aggressive hand gestures, demanding that I leave. Despite me explaining that I was about to come inside after completing my call, he continued to act in a hostile manner. His behavior was not only unnecessary but also unprofessional and humiliating.When I entered the store and calmly asked for his name to file a complaint, he refused, stating that I was not his boss. I found this interaction to be completely inappropriate and unacceptable for a customer service setting. I do not appreciate being subjected to such treatment, especially when I was simply trying to complete a necessary task before entering the store.I would appreciate it if this matter is addressed promptly, as no customer should have to experience such aggression while attempting to make a purchase. I personally will never return.
