      I ordered doors from puddle busters/ weeks on march 27 2024 received them in may 2024. Upon installation the doors do not fit right. Contacted the manufacturer upon my contact with him I tried to get him to help me better understand why the doors do not fit right. He replied there is something wrong with your machine. I asked for a return label, and the weight of the doors so I could return them. He said we do not pay for return shipping. He was very rude then quite answering my messages. I would like to return this item for a full refund at his cost.

      This company also goes under the name *************. On 6/10/22 I purchased a set of doors with windows and glass for my can am side by side for $3,450. It was understood that there was a glass shortage for the windows, however on Oct 31st. Their website says, they are caught up on orders and if you havent received to message. I have sent two emails, three ******** messages, and two phone calls, since October, and have not received a response. Each time only asking for an update. Forums on ******** led me here. A lot of people complaining about the lack of customer service and likelihood of not getting all of my product. I currently have 50% of what I purchased in June. After reaching out he put a status on the company ******** saying people fail to comprehend the issues they deal with. Which was a stab at customers messaging about their products status. Which contradicts what they asked for people to do on the Oct 31st update. I am really big on supporting small businesses, but he will not respond to my messages and $3450, its hard to ignore. 7 months is long enough.
