    On 4/12/24 We took our vehicle to Triple T Tire to replace our brakes and Rotors. We were couldn't leave with our vehicle because Triple T Tire said they needed to oder part's. As we thought it was only brakes and Rotors. Triple T Tire started adding more to our bill racking our bill up to ******* witch we couldn't afford so ***** the service desk lady said we could apply for Acima so we did. We were approved for ******* loan. The next thing Triple ************ kept coming out to the waiting room. Saying we needed a new master cylinder and a new caliper. ***** kept telling us something seized on the vehicle. So they had to oder a new one. They broke our lug nuts and bolts and something else. We had to replace it even though they broke it. On may 16 2024 our vehicle broke down. My husband had to tow to Triple T Tire because everything should have been under warranty. As of yesterday 7/17/24 we were told by Triple T Tire our vehicle was safe to drive. We picked up our vehicle on 7/17/2024 Today 7/18/24 I drive the vehicle 10 minutes down the street. The vehicle won't go any faster then 30 mph then the vehicle started dropping speed going 25 mph then the vehicle started smoking. So I pull over to a safe parking lot. I called Triple T Tire to tell them I am broke down. And they assured me my vehicle was safe to drive. ************ whom I was speaking to. Said they test drive the vehicle on the highway. I said how is that possible when the vehicle is not going any faster the 30 mph. ************ said get it tow back and we will look at it and fix it. I said my vehicle has been on your lot for almost 3 months and you haven't fixed nothing. You haven't looked at my vehicle every time I called Triple T Tire they always told me they don't know what is wrong with the vehicle. They were always passing the ***** To another person for me to speak to. ************ supposed to be service writer. Mrs. ***** front desk. ******************* Mr. *** the manager all the above have no clue what's wrong.

    At 1:14pm ON MONDAY 5/15/23, I called and ask what they charge to fix a caliber. He ask did I have my part and I said yes, he then said oh ******. I said that's a rip off, other people is Saying 70 to *****. They should be ashamed of themselves. (****)
