    One star because the only thing this company does do is communicate well. I found Well Kept cleaning services on ****. Amy (owner) responded with a quote that seemed "too good to be true" I decided to use and Amy was very communicative, which was awesome. The first time at my home was a "standard clean" which in their words is basic surface clean". There were so many things not touched or cleaned. I thought well I guess you get what you pay for. A month later Amy txts me that I have a cleaning scheduled. I tried to politely tell Amy that I was unhappy with her first cleaning. Amy made up so strange excuses and apologized, Amy then said I would be glad to come back and do a "Deep Cleaning" for the same price as the "Standard Clean". I said ok that would be awesome. I thought that was fair. Day of cleaning Amy is 55 minutes late. How I know is I have a door lock that gives me all that information. Amy used a code specifically for her that day. I got home after a very long hard day on my feet to find that not only did I not receive this "Deep Cleaning" Amy promised but I really didn't even receive the Standard clean either. It felt like she took my money and made it look like she did very little. I was very insulted! Upset!
    I left Amy a lengthy txt explaining to her how I felt and sent pictures of all the things she did not clean. There were many pictures. She didn't respond. I called the next day and she sent me to voicemail. Then minutes later txt that she was sorry and that she could come out the following Wednesday to redo. I was like NO if you couldn't do the job the first time and didn't bother to redeem herself the second chance that there was no way I was having her back in my home. P. S . I also had some cleaning products missing from under my sink. I don't know why she would take them, she not going to use them.
