      This company is very controlling and charge tenants for everything they can. If you make electronic payment on their system (that they insist you download) they charge $4.95 unless you set up automatic payment monthly. They DNA test your dog so they can test any feces that may be in your yard to ensure that your dog isn’t pooping in the yard. They raised our rent $500 without ever seeing our apartments. When we asked if we could negotiate, since we are loyal tenants that have resided here 10+ years, they flatly refused. We were given barely a month to figure out what to do, find another apartment etc, we are all over 60, they are okay with us living on the street if we can’t afford the extra $500 + $35 + 4.95 plus some ridiculous fine if we did not install our hvac filter correctly This all happened right before Christmas. I have never dealt with a property manager such as this.
